Tonight I made sushi, probably my favorite food. I experimented with this for the first time about 6 months ago and have done it a few times since. The first time was definitely an experiment, trying to find little tricks to make the sushi rolls hold together
but now it's not that hard. (I'm still working on presentation.) We found sushi grade tuna, which is our favorite sushi anyway and it makes for a really fun dinner. Now if anyone knows where I can get eel in the DC area, hook me up! I used to know a place near Leesburg but last time I went they didn't have any.
